Eligibility and Participants

The conference welcomes faculty members from AICTE-approved institutes, research scholars, PG students, and participants from government and industry sectors to engage in discussions and contribute to advancements in power, control, and energy technologies.

Accomodation Facility

• Accommodation will be provided at OUTR, Bhubaneswar campus. • Accommodation fee is to be announced. • Allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis. • For authors visiting onsite: Guest house is OUTR Guest House, Bhubaneswar. • For student authors: Boys hostel and Girls Hostel will be available.

Selection Process

Only 50 seats are available from the same city/ within 100 km of host institute. Participants should be nominated by the respective Heads of Institutions.

The Bhubaneswar City is well connected by Indian Railway to major cities of India. Bhubaneswar is well linked to the rest of India by the national highways. The Bus Stand (Baramunda Bust Stand) is located on NH5 and is about 12 kilometer from Railway Station and about 9 kilometer from Airport of Bhubaneswar. Bhubaneswar is on the golden quadrilateral on NH-5 between Kolkata and Chennai.
